This remediation design of a 1970’s waterfront apartment complex in Newport Beach, California was completed in partner with a California consulting firm.  David Hertel was architect of record for the building envelope, waterproofing and structural renovation of 26 hillside, apartment buildings overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
