This Redwood City, California project included litigation support and remediation design services, that were completed in partner with a California consulting firm.  David Hertel was the primary expert witness for plaintiff in the litigation case, and architect of record for envelope, waterproofing and structural renovation of 5 apartment buildings over two podium parking structures.
